My friend (Rain Man) recently pointed out that I needed to update the blog, so here goes. It was a late spring in Union Falls. The ice did not go out till April 21 and the fishing thus far has been slow. The walleye are starting to bite and I should see a decent catch this weekend. Long time customers Skip and Fred did well with the pike in early may and I'll post some pics as soon as they send them. We only went ice fishing once and caught only two fish all day but no one in attendance seemed to mind. Looking forward to a nice season and hope to see everyone this year.

I have been counting down the days till my family and I arrive for a week of fishing and fun. 1989 was the last time I spent the week fishing on Union Falls.
